If your website is based on only content then AMP is the best option but if your website is an e-commerce business then AMP is not.

According to a new Google update, Google introduces Web Stories for mobile users. So as an advice, you all need to analyze the business model and implement the best way for SEO.

Historically, the index primarily used the desktop version of a page’s content when evaluating the relevance of a page to a user’s query.

Hi Hitesh,

SEO must focus on mobile because Google has switched to a “mobile-first index.” This means that whatever shows to mobile users is what counts for ranking purposes. Mobile-friendliness is also a ranking signal in Google and Bing.

Once you earn search traffic to your website, of course, you want to optimize the user experience for both mobile and desktop users. But for ranking purposes, it’s mobile that counts. Learn more about mobile SEO here: https://www.bruceclay.com/seo/mobile-seo/
