Not exactly what I’d call “fresh” – the same sort of stuff that cropped up after Penguin, and after G kicked the door down on a few Link Networks prior to Penguin, and the network before that one too.

Personally, I find it sad and lame that some peopel are still trying to claim that “asked for”, “arranged” and “submitted” links are “natural”. If this was food or some other regulated product/service, Trading Standards would drop on them like a bomb. But as it’s still partly the wild-wild-web, they can keep on peddling with the questionable sales-pitch.

Its no longer a new news that SEO is no longer what it use to be and as such, every content marketer is also expected to adjust.

Trying to game the search engines today just to get a higher position in the serp no longer work. It might eventually take you there but you won’t stay.

That’s why we all should aim at delivering value first and then, every other thing will definitely follow naturally.
